Lenovo Unveils Its First Quad-Core Smartphone, The IdeaPhone K860

Lenovo has unveiled its first quad-core smartphone in China today. Labeled the IdeaPhone K860, its highlights include a Samsung Exynos processor, a 5-inch 720p display, and 1GB of RAM. The only downside: Lenovo hasn’t said whether the device will be available outside of China.
All we know is, it should be. With those specifications, the IdeaPhone K860 has the internals to give other high-end Android smartphones — like the Samsung Galaxy S III and the HTC One X — a little bit of competition. It’s also a rather attractive handset, sporting a sleek and subtle design that isn’t too extravagant — and I mean that in a good way.
In addition to its quad-core processor, the IdeaPhone K860 packs 1GB of RAM, a 5-inch 1280 x 720 display, an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera with an LED flash and 1080p video recording, and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. All of that is powered by a 2,250 mAh battery.
